The Client Representative is the primary source for all customers in the retail setting. They have a detailed knowledge of our products and services, understand the strategies we use to bring those products and services to market, and maintain compliance in every customer interaction.

The Corporate Trainer steps into a leadership role, overseeing their team and contributing to the management of numerous campaigns. It is the responsibility of the Corporate Trainer to develop Client Representatives, ensuring the growth of the Client Representatives, the Corporate Trainer, and the team.

junior director
The Junior Director spearheads team leadership and territory management. The Junior Director is key to navigating profitability and fostering client collaborations. It is the responsibility of the Junior Director to guide the Corporate Trainer in leadership and management development.

assistant director
The Assistant Manager shifts their focus to the backend workings of the company, including learning how to manage payroll, control the budget, recruit on all levels, and develop HR skills. The main goal of the Campaign Manager is to develop the skillset necessary to run their own office.

market director
The Market Manager is in charge of overseeing all in-store campaigns and ensuring the team performs in a way that is compliant with the standards of our company. It is the Market Director's goal to help others, from Client Representatives to Assistant Directors, on their journey within our company.
